"My time with Helen was fun, challenging and eye-opening. She helped me see how I could bring my own personality to my business and that I didn't need to compromise on that. Immediately I began to relax; mentally and physically - I hadn't even realised I was so tense with this issue! I tend to see the world in black and white and Helen helped me to see some colour. I'm not totally there yet, but I've started to enjoy my work more and remembering Helen's teachings, along with some very helpful phrases to go back to, I'm on my way."
