Now, don’t get me wrong, I personally LOVE a Christmas tune but I’ve heard some of you out there are driven mad by them…. (Unthinkable!) Add to that the stress of organising get togethers, family tension, present buying, burning the candle at both ends and we can start to feel burnt out, exhausted or just plain tense. So, despite the fact that my Christmas cheer is boundless and begins from about 2nd Nov with a fervour that only Buddy the Elf can match, I thought you all might appreciate this tutorial on how to do EFT/Tapping. Tapping is an insanely effective stress relief tool and has been proven to bring down your cortisol levels (stress hormones), so please use this as your SOS throughout the year ahead and you can clear any remaining stress from the holidays.
